We can’t stop the world from moving, and we can’t take away your work tasks, the routine, or the stress factors. But we can try to help make your life with them a bit easier. The goal is to free up some time and mental energy for creativity (maybe you’ll paint a new “Mona Lisa”) and for the things that actually bring you happiness.
