THRIV
A personal development management system built around the idea of balance.
It starts from an observation: habits, goals, and journal entries usually live in separate apps, so a person rarely sees the full picture. THRIV brings them together in one place and shows how they are connected.

Life Spheres and the Balance Wheel
Life in THRIV is divided into spheres: health, career, finance, personal growth. The set of spheres is fully customizable. Progress in each one is displayed on an interactive Balance Wheel. The chart shows where there is movement and where it has stopped, helping you notice imbalances: for example, career growth against a prolonged pause in health. The logic of the system is simple: sustainable results come from even development, while focusing on one sphere at the expense of the others sooner or later destabilizes the whole structure.
Intelligence HUD: real-time analytics
A built-in system analyzes your activity locally, on the device, and offers situational cues: it tells you when a new level is within reach, draws attention to a sphere that has been inactive for a while, and highlights long streaks of completed habits as well as synchronized growth across several areas.

Progress like in an RPG
Every habit, goal, and journal entry earns experience points (XP) and brings you closer to the next level. Streaks maintain your daily rhythm, while level rewards are set by the user: from a cheat meal to buying new tech. The system is designed for the long run: discipline lasts longer when it has a visible, measurable result.
Structure of the day
Habits and rituals in THRIV are organized by context: morning, afternoon, evening. The day is built as a sequence of actions rather than a general task list that is hard to approach.

Design and privacy
The interface follows OLED minimalism: a deep black background, premium typography, no visual noise. There are no unnecessary notifications. All data, including the journal, is stored on the user’s device and stays with them alone.
Combining a journal, a tracker, and local analytics produces an effect that is hard to get from each tool separately: data about yourself accumulates in one place and, over time, becomes material for decisions. Which sphere to strengthen, which habit to drop, what counts as progress for you personally — these questions are easier to answer with a complete picture in front of you rather than scattered lists.
The name comes from the word thrive — to flourish. It describes a state in which a person’s actions are aligned with their values, and this is the state the entire mechanics of the app is tuned to.
